1.4 Should users encounter any product quality issues upon delivery, damage during transportation, or any disassembling concerns, kindly notify us within 3 business days via our email support@ykzofficial.com. We assure you of a prompt response within 1 business day. In such cases, please include your order number, product information, contact details, and a description of the problem. Upon receiving this information, we will process the order refund within 2 business days. After verifying that the issue is not caused by mishandling during transportation, we will proceed with the refund or exchange within 3 business days.

1.5 The address and contact information for returning the goods will be communicated to you after we establish contact and approve the application for the refund.

1.6 In the event that the inspection determines the problem to be related to product quality and not caused by human mishandling, the freight charges will be borne by the YKZ Team.

2. Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Matters

2.1 YKZ Team offers a seamless warranty process, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.

2.2 In the event of quality-related warranty claims, we will replace the item with a factory refurbished model of equivalent value whenever possible. If not available, a brand new item will be dispatched to you.

2.3 Should any quality issues arise within 30 days of receiving the goods, YKZ Team will provide an unconditional replacement or a full refund.

3. Process

3.2 The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase (Order ID or Sales invoice)

3.4 The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required

Kindly be aware that processing a warranty claim may require more than one type of proof of purchase (such as a money transfer receipt and confirmation of the item's original shipping address).

Warranty claims for product defects are valid for 12 months from the date of initiating the warranty claim. Claims cannot be processed for items that have surpassed their original warranty period or the 12-month warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

5. Buyer's Responsibility for Shipping Costs in the Following Scenarios

5.6 When returning defective items through international shipping.

5.7 Costs incurred due to unauthorized returns (returns made outside the approved warranty process).

Refund Guidelines: Returns must include all accessories, and the items should be in their original packaging.

For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs, while YKZ will refund the cost of the product itself.

Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be rejected.

6. Not Eligible for Warranty Coverage

6.1 Products lacking adequate proof of purchase.

6.2 Lost or stolen products.

6.3 Items that have surpassed their warranty period.

6.4 Non-quality related matters.

6.5 Repairs conducted by third-party entities.

6.6 Damage resulting from external sources.

6.7 Damage caused by improper use of products, including but not limited to falls, exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, and improper operation of devices.

6.8 Purchases made from unauthorized resellers.

7. YKZ official bears no responsibility for

7.1 Data loss resulting from the utilization of YKZ official products.

7.2 Returning personal items dispatched to YKZ official.

When returning items for non-quality related issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during transit. YKZ official does not offer refunds for items damaged in transit in such cases.
